Born in 1980 in Siegen, Germany, Sebastian earned a business degree with honors from Florida Atlantic University, USA, as well as from accadis School of International Business, Germany. His career combines global experience of both consulting (Big4/ Ernst & Young) and corporate environments, working in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Specializing in cross-functional performance improvement, transformation, operational restructuring and turnaround management, Sebastian is a trusted partner for startups, SMEs, as well as global industry leaders.
